introduces the child to the world of dance. Ballet works to develop strength, balance and technique. Tap and Jazz help to
develop rhythm and coordination. Dance moves are put together with fun music the children enjoy. | Black leotard, pink or white tights, black jazz
pants/shorts (for tap/jazz), ballet shoes, tap shoes or jazz shoes, hair pulled back. |
| Tumbling Tots | 3 - 5 yrs | Tumbling Tots will help the young
student to develop strength and coordination. An environment of structured play is fostered in this class. While the focus
is on physical development, the emphasis is on fun. | Any style leotard, shorts or leggings, hair pulled back, NO TIGHTS. |
| Jazz | 4 & up | Jazz is a fun and fast form of self expression for the student.
The student will learn kicks, leaps, turns, and various jazz combination steps. Fun, upbeat music is the basis for this style
of dance. | Black leotard,
pink or white tights OR black jazz pants/shorts, jazz shoes or jazz tennis shoes, hair pulled back. |
| Ballet | 5 & up | Ballet is
the foundation to all forms of dance. Ballet helps the student to develop strength, flexibility, balance, discipline and overall
gracefulness. Ballet provides the building blocks needed for dance and a healthy lifestyle. | Black leotard, pink or white tights, ballet shoes,
hair pulled back in a bun. |
| Tap | 5
& up | Tap
is a great vehicle for building coordination and balance. The student will learn basic Tap technique, terminology and progressive
steps across the floor. The student's own feet become musical instruments through the rhythms inherent to Tap. | Black leotard, pink or white tights
OR black jazz pants/shorts, tap shoes, hair pulled back. |
| Tumbling | 5 & up | Tumbling is acrobatic gymnastics taught on mats. No apparatus
is used in this class. The student will learn cartwheels, handsprings, rolls and many flexibility skills. Tumbling is a catalyst
for dance and cheerleading. | Any style leotard, shorts or leggings, hair pulled back, NO TIGHTS. |
| Cheerleading | 5 & up | Cheerleading is a class that helps the student
develop strength, flexibility and endurance. The student will learn cheerleading techniques, chants and cheers. This class
will also cover basic stunt techniques. | Leotard or workout top, jogging shorts or leggings, hair pulled back, tennis shoes. |
| Hip - Hop | 7 & up | A bouncy form of street dance. The
student will learn basic hip-hop moves & fun floor movements put to up-beat rap, and hip-hop music. | Black leotard, pink or white tights OR black jazz
pants/shorts, jazz shoes or jazz tennis shoes, hair pulled back. |
| Lyrical | 8 & up | This is an up-beat form of Ballet. The student will learn control,
flexibility, and various combinations put to lyrical music. Ballet classes are a prerequisite. | Black leotard, pink or white tights OR black jazz

| POM | 8
& up | This
is a class that uses the techniques of cheerleading put into dance form including kick lines, formation changes, roll-offs
and of course the use of pom-poms. No stunting. | Leotard or workout top, jogging shorts or leggings, hair pulled back, tennis shoes. |
| Pointe | 10 & up | This is an advanced form of Ballet.
The student must have at least 3 years of ballet training before they can be reviewed for Pointe shoes. | Black leotard, pink or white tights, ballet shoes,
